SB437 HFA Eldridge 3-28 #2

                Delegate Eldridge moves to amend the bill on page 48, section 10, lines 18 and 19, by striking out the words “West Virginia Racing Commission’s General Administrative Account created in section eleven, article twenty-three, chapter nineteen of this code.” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “the state road fund created pursuant to section one, article three, chapter seventeen of this code.”

                And,

                On page 51, section 10, lines 95 through 97, by striking out paragraph (C) and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

                “(C) Effective July 1, 2017, and thereafter, the one and one-half percent shall be deposited into the state road fund created pursuant to section one, article three, chapter seventeen of this code.;

                And,

                On page 79, section 27, lines 28 and 29, by striking out the words “State Excess Lottery Fund pursuant to section ten-a, article twenty-three, chapter nineteen of this article;” and inserting in lieu thereof “the state road fund created pursuant to section one, article three, chapter seventeen of this code.;”

                And,

                On page 83, section 27, lines 125 and 126 by striking out the words “State Excess Lottery Revenue Fund pursuant to section ten-a, article twenty-three, chapter nineteen of this code.” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “the state road fund created pursuant to section one, article three, chapter seventeen of this code.”
